Its Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dr Md Enamul Hoque read out a written statement at the press conference while Sales and Marketing department Executive Director TM Hannan, Business Development Director Md Jasim Uddin, Lab Director and Deputy General Manager Dr Saifuddin Md Khaled and Manager (Operations) Dr Hamid Hossain Azad were present among others.
Dr Enamul said in addition to their lab in front of Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH), they developed facilities for collecting sample in the city’s Anderkilla area to ease hassles of the passengers.
“We usually provide report within four to six hours. But, report will be provided within two hours in case of any emergency,” he said adding that they will also provide other related services including printing of the report to the passengers.
The diagnostic report of the Epic Healthcare is highly acceptable and dependable in home and abroad as it follows the international guidelines of World Health Organisation (WHO) and obtained the ISO accreditation.
Mentioning that the outbound passengers have been suffering manifold problems including delay in getting corona report, the chief operating officer hoped that their efforts will lessen the crisis to a larger extent.
